At Move Racewear, all of our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The product does not match the confirmed design or specifications

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3–5 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Clear photo/video evidence must be provided

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The product significantly differs from the approved design

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
  • Normal wear and tear or damage after use
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

All custom suits, gloves, and shoes are made based on the measurements and design approved by the customer. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or modified.


🚚 Shipping Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first
  • We will assist you, but we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery
