All products sold by Move Racewear, including racing suits, gloves, and shoes, are custom-made to order.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- All designs, colors, logos, and measurements are final once approved
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified after production begins
- Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of verified defects or errors
2. 📏 Measurements & Fit
You are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Move Racewear is not responsible for:
- Incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements
- Fit preferences (tight/loose) unless clearly specified
No refunds or replacements will be issued for sizing issues unless due to a manufacturing defect
3. 🏁 Assumption of Risk (Motorsports Use)
You acknowledge that motorsports are inherently dangerous.
By purchasing our products, you:
- Assume all risks associated with racing activities
- Understand that our products reduce risk but do not guarantee safety
- Agree that Move Racewear is not liable for injury, death, or damages from use
4. 🏷️ SFI Certification Disclaimer
Some products may be advertised with SFI ratings (e.g., 3.2A/5).
By purchasing:
- You acknowledge these are manufactured by third-party suppliers
- Move Racewear relies on supplier-provided specifications
- We are not the certifying authority
You are responsible for ensuring the selected product meets your racing requirements.

- Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required before production
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
Pricing, promotions, and availability may change without notice
6. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- All delivery timelines are estimates only
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors
- Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Tracking shipments
