- Standard production time: 4-5 weeks (depending on design and workload)
- Complex or bulk orders may take longer
Production begins only after:
- Design approval.
- Measurement confirmation.
- Full or agreed payment received.
🚚 Shipping Time
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via trusted international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
Estimated delivery times:
- USA / International: 3–7 business days
- Other regions: 5–10 business days
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility
- Move Racewear has no control over these fees
⏱️ Delays Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.)
- Customs clearance processes
- Weather, holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
📍 Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number
- It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and coordinate with the carrier if needed
📦 Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered”:
- Move Racewear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly
We will assist where possible, but liability transfers once the package is marked delivered
❗ Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers must ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Reshipping (if applicable) will be at the customer’s expense
🔁 Failed Delivery / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Incorrect address
Customer will be responsible for:
- Reshipping costs
- Any additional handling fees
⚖️ Shipping & Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree that:
- Production and shipping timelines are estimates
- Delays outside our control are not valid reasons for chargebacks
We reserve the right to provide:
- Tracking details
- Delivery confirmation
- Communication records
as evidence in dispute cases
